VIP Executives (VIPExecutives.com) is operated by VIP Executives, Inc. (“VIP Executives”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. VIP Executives is only for adults aged 18 and over.
Information you give us
- Account details: your first and last name, email address, date of birth, user name and password (stored encrypted), and, if you choose, your mobile phone number.
- Your profile: your photos, your city, state and ZIP code, and the answers you choose to give about yourself and what you are looking for, such as relationship status, work, education, children, lifestyle, interests and the written sections of your profile.
- Sensitive details you choose to share: some profile questions are optional and may reveal sensitive information, such as your religion and religious practice, ethnicity, political outlook, and smoking, drinking or cannabis use. Answering these is always optional. Your religion, ethnicity and political outlook appear on your profile only if you choose to show them, and some answers are used only for matching and are never shown.
- Private details: your income range, ZIP code and the safety contact you may add (name, relationship and phone number) are never shown to other members.
- Messages and activity: who you show interest in, your matches, the messages you send and receive, blocks and reports.
- Video dates: when you start or join a video date, our video provider connects the call. Video dates are not recorded, and we do not keep their audio or video.
- Communications with us: anything you send us by email or through the website.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, kept in our server logs.
- Cookies that keep you logged in and remember your choices. If you arrive through one of our invitation links, a cookie remembers that for up to 30 days.
- If we run advertising, our ad partners (such as Meta and TikTok) may use their own pixels or cookies to measure how many visitors sign up. [Remove this point if no advertising pixels are used.]
How we use your information
- To create and run your account and show your profile to other members who may be a good match.
- To suggest matches, using your answers, your preferences and the distance between ZIP codes.
- To deliver messages and video dates between members.
- To keep members safe: we check photos, profile text and messages, partly with automated tools (see “Automated screening” below), and we review reports from members.
- To send you emails about your account, your matches and messages, and, if you agreed, news and updates about VIP Executives.
- To process payments for paid memberships, once those are offered.
- To improve the service, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with the law.
Automated screening
To keep out fake, inappropriate and scam profiles, we use an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic to check new photos, the written parts of profiles and messages between members. It looks for things such as explicit images, photos that are not of a real person, contact details in photos, and requests for money. Photos it finds clearly acceptable may be approved automatically. Anything it flags is reviewed by a person before any lasting action is taken against your account, and you can contact us if you think a decision was wrong.
What other members can see
Other members can see your user name, age (never your date of birth), city, approved photos and the profile answers you have chosen to show. Before launch, profiles are visible only to our team and invited testers. You can choose who may see your profile in your profile settings.
Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of the service for us and may use the information only to do so: our website host ([GoDaddy]); our email delivery service (SMTP2GO); our video calling service (Daily); our AI screening service (Anthropic); and, once paid memberships or ID checks are offered, our payment and identity verification provider (Stripe).
- Other members, as described above, and the people you message.
- Authorities, when required by law, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to protect someone’s safety or to investigate fraud or abuse.
- A buyer or successor, if VIP Executives is sold or merged, under the same protections as this policy.
Private messages
Your conversations are private between you and the other member. Our team does not read them, except when a member reports a conversation, when our automated screening flags a message as a possible scam or abuse, or when we are required to by law.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your profile, photos and messages within [30] days, except for what we must keep for legal, safety or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, records of reports and account suspensions), which we keep for up to [2] years.
Your choices and rights
- You can see and change your profile at any time in My Profile, and remove photos or answers.
- You can unsubscribe from news and updates using the link in those emails. Account and safety emails will still be sent while your account is open.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing admin@vipexecutives.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor those requests as the law requires.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, encrypted passwords and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere, and never share it.
Adults only
VIP Executives is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we close any account we learn belongs to someone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell members by email or on the website before the change takes effect.
