These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and VIP Executives, Inc. (“VIP Executives”, “we”, “us”), which operates VIPExecutives.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VIP Executives.
1. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be single, meaning not married or in a committed relationship, and joining to meet people for dating or a relationship.
- You may have only one account, and it must be in your own name, with your real date of birth and recent photos of yourself.
- You may not join if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime, or if we have previously removed you from VIP Executives.
2. Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at admin@vipexecutives.com if you think someone else has used it. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
3. Founding Memberships
- The first 1,000 approved applicants receive a free Founding Membership: one year of VIP Concierge Membership at no charge, a $995 value. The free year begins on the day VIP Executives launches to the public.
- No payment details are needed for the free year, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Before it ends, we will tell you your options to continue.
- Founding Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We may decline or cancel a Founding Membership that breaks these terms, and unused memberships may be offered to people on the waitlist.
- Before launch, features are limited and may change, and some members (invited testers) may use features before others.
4. Paid memberships
When paid memberships become available, their prices, features, billing periods, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and those terms will form part of this agreement.
5. How you must behave
Treat other members with respect. You may not:
- ask any member for money, gifts, loans, investments or financial information, or promote any business, product or service;
- post or send anything sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing or illegal, or share another person’s private information or images;
- pretend to be someone else, use photos that are not of you, or give false information about yourself;
- use the service if you are married or in a committed relationship;
- contact or harm anyone who has blocked you or asked you to stop;
- record, screenshot or share another member’s video date, messages or photos without their permission;
- use the service for anyone under 18, or for any commercial purpose;
- copy or scrape the website, use automated tools on it, or try to get around our security.
6. Your content
You own the photos and words you post. You give us permission to store, display and process them in order to run VIP Executives, including showing them to other members and checking them with our screening tools. You confirm you have the right to post them. We do not use your photos in advertising without your separate permission.
7. Screening, reports and removal
We check photos, profiles and messages, partly with automated tools, and we review reports from members. We may remove content, hide a profile, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, email us.
8. Your safety
We do not run criminal background checks on members, and we cannot guarantee that what members tell you is true. You are responsible for your own interactions with other members. Never send money to anyone you met online. Meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and arrange your own transport. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, call 911.
9. Video dates
Video dates are private calls between two matched members. We do not record them. Video dates have a time limit and may be ended by either member at any time.
10. Disclaimers
VIP Executives is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that you will find a match or a relationship, or that the service will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VIP Executives is not liable for the conduct of any member, on or off the service, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. [Attorney to review.]
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of something you posted or did in breach of these terms.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. [Attorney to consider whether to add an arbitration clause and class action waiver.]
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell members by email or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use VIP Executives after that means you accept the new terms.
